Boat & Cost Break down
Total cost is estimated by calculating and adding the days from the period chart, depending the type of Boat and Service or Excursion. Each rental day starts early in the morning and ends at the sun set same day. Final cost includes boat rental, VAT, cleaning the boat after checkout and insurance for both boat and passengers. Fuel included only for daily trips / not for bare boat or skippered.

Fuel management Only for bare boat or skippered / excluding daily trips:
The boat will start with maximum fuel from its base. On return date the boat must be refilled at its base and charge the fuel cost at your credit card.

On return date the boat must be full of fuel in our check out point, return to its base and charge the fuel return cost from the selected destination to the boat base at your credit card.
Documents in order to proceed the Booking
For Bare Boat Bookings: Before departing with the selected boat, we have to keep record of your ID or Passport, motorboat boat driver’s license accepted by Greek Port Police Authorities and credit card with expiration date and CVC and contact details which are absolutely required by Greek Port Police Authorities.
For Bookings with Skipper: Before departing with the selected boat, we have to keep record of your ID or Passport as required by Greek Port Police Authorities.
For daily trips: Before departing with the selected boat, we have to keep record of your ID or Passport as required by Greek Port Police Authorities.
Payment – Booking Procedure
For booking a 40% down payment is required of the total amount with vat.
Full payment has to be made 30 days prior the boat leaves our premises.

Warranty Policy:
For Bare Boat Bookings:
Boats are insured with full coverage insurance covering passengers and third parties. According to Insurance policy, there is maximum excess fee depending the insurance agreement on each boat. Before departing with the selected boat, we have to keep record of your credit card with expiration date and CVC. We shall hold this amount prior check in and release on check out. If any damages caused on the boat or costs for refill, the warranty can be used to close balance.
For Bookings with Skipper: No warranty is needed. In case of damage caused from the client there is maximum excess fee as mentioned in insurance agreement depending the boat.
For daily trips: No warranty is needed. In case of damage caused from the client there is maximum excess fee as mentioned in insurance agreement depending the boat.
Charterer obligations
The charterer will not sub charter or part with control of the vessel. The charterer will not use the vessel for any purpose other than private pleasure cruising for him or herself. The charterer will limit the number of persons on the boat to the total number as the authority states. The charterer shall take care of and assume full responsibility for the safety and maintenance of the vessel and its equipment at all times including periods when the vessel is left unattended (excluded for skippered options). The charterer shall observe all regulations of Port Police or other harbor authorities. The charterer shall not allow restricted items or any illegal goods such as drugs or firearms on board the vessel.
Cancellation Policy and booking transfer
In the event of cancellation of the charter by the Charterer, for any reason, the following cancellation policy will apply depending on the time-interval between the booking confirmation and the cancellation date:
a. Policy of “Dossier’s expenses” (150 Euro minimum) will be applied for bookings cancelled in time period up to 90 days prior to boat embarkation.
b. Cancellation fee of 30% of the total charter fee, for bookings cancelled within a period from booking to 60 days prior to boat embarkation.
c. Cancellation fee of 50% of the total charter fee, for bookings cancelled within a period of 60 – 50 days prior to boat embarkation.
d. Cancellation fee of 80% of the total charter fee, for bookings cancelled within a period of 50 – 30 days prior to boat embarkation.
e. Cancellation fee of 100% of the total charter fee, for bookings cancelled within a period of 30 days prior to boat embarkation.
In case that the yacht under cancellation is re-chartered to another Charterer for the same period and under the same conditions, only the dossier expenses will be charged.
Extension of boat rental happens only after agreement with Rib Cruises.
Boat Delivery process 30 minute
Fill in the appropriate Charter Agreement Port Police legal documents and Passengers List. Boat delivery and demonstration of all operating main and peripheral instruments including boat check.
